Agreements for scoped work
Before work begins
A request to discuss scope is not a purchase, confirmation of service, or permission to contact an account.
The pilot covers ten individually prepared accounts, selected by you or identified against criteria agreed with you. Each account represents one business unless another scope is agreed. The written engagement defines seller involvement, deliverables, payment, timing and review arrangements.
Before account records are shared or prepared, a separate written agreement and verified access and data handling are required.
Scope and changes
The scope defines your research, design and build deliverables; review and approval before sharing; and the arrangements for sending, replies and access. It sets confidentiality and permitted use, including the distinction between your deliverables and Clear Handshake’s underlying methods.
The included review allowance and delivery schedule are agreed in the scope. Feedback is reviewed before changes are made; corrections and requests for additional work are distinguished. Changes to the agreed work or fee require agreement before proceeding.
Any account replacement, monthly review or extended access must be included in the written scope, with eligibility, timing and any fees. Retention and deletion arrangements are agreed before account records are received.
Follow-through
The scope names the response owner, service period and arrangements for reviewing, routing and updating questions or requests. Service commitments and technical answers remain with the provider responsible. Clear Handshake does not guarantee replies, sales or another company’s delivery. A request does not automatically add work to the agreed scope.
Recipient information is shared only with permission, for the purpose explained before they reply. A recipient may decline without giving a reason or request no follow-up.
